3rd LEVEL

1. Passage down to the second level
2. You hear drums, drums in the deep.
3. Guarded doorway. You are attacked by either two or four orcs. See note for the first level on actions that alert the guards.
4. Stairs up to the seventh level.
5. Endless Maze. At the indicated spots (a–c), you are teleported to the center of either of the two paired spots. That is, either you basically remain where you are, or you appear somewhere else. Sometimes you are turned around as well (your direction is reversed). If you have the Golden Wheel, all effects of the maze are neutralized.
6. Passage up to the fourth level.
